Project Manager – Managing outstanding building works required for Final Occupation Certification.
Commercial office mixed use development comprising of a total of 1,890 m.sqr of office space, 1 residential apartment and a ground floor retail tenancy spanning over 5 levels and 2 levels of basement. Omada Property Group aided the developer with the rectification of construction defects and management of works associated with the Conditions of Consent in order to gain the Final Occupation Certificate.
