Director
Eric Costas
BE Civil (UOW), Masters of Property Development (UTS)
Eric has over 30 years of experience in both the construction and property industries and has worked for organizations including Multiplex Constructions, Leighton Properties and Cadence Australia. During this time Eric has been responsible for the construction and development of retail, commercial, residential and urban design projects.
Having experience in both the construction and property industries has enabled Eric to acquire a unique skill set and thus the capacity to effectively manage projects from their inception, including site acquisition, all the way through to the delivery of the built outcome.
Prior to co-founding Omada, Eric was a senior development executive with Leighton Properties for 7 years. During this period Eric performed both acquisitions and delivery roles on projects such as 56 Delhi Road North Ryde, 100 Pacific Highway St Leonards, 101 George Street Parramatta, 25 Smith Street Parramatta and the redevelopment of the Green Square Town Centre. Eric has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Wollongong and Masters of Property Development from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Project Manager
Peter Muriwai
(BE Civil)
Peter has over Over 30 year’s experience in the construction industry in all facets from residential housing, industrial, high rise commercial and apartments. He has experience in all levels of the Construction industry, from trade level through to very senior management in some of Australia’s most successful Tier 1 contractors such as Multiplex Construction and Grocon.
Peter has performed in a variety of roles from Subcontractor, to Head Contractor, Developer and Client Representative. This has given Peter a unique insight into the drivers behind the various stakeholders in the construction process, and an understanding in managing the best outcome for all stakeholders for a successful project.
Working for Grocon, Peter was the Development Manager for the Iconic Sydney Development at No.1 Martin Place and he has represented a senior Kuwaiti family in setting up their International operations including business in various industries. Peter has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Diploma of Business Management.
Secretary
Sara Costas
Sara has over 15 years experience in the construction and property industries and has worked for Companies such as Multiplex Constructions and Walker Group Constructions undertaking Site Secretary to Office Manager roles. Sara was part of the Construction and Development teams for the Redevelopment of Jones Bay Wharf, Rhodes Residential Development and Broadway Shopping Centre Redevelopment.
Whilst undertaking these roles, Sara has performed a variety of task from Accounts, Payroll, Site Inspections with Clients, liaising with purchasers and sub-contractors, carrying out defect Inspections all whilst ensuring the efficient running of the office.
