Using our industry networks, Omada Property Group were made aware of a potentially distressed raw residential site at 213 Princes Highway, Arncliffe. Omada approached the owner and negotiations commenced with the owner and mortgagee. Omada introduced a client to purchase the property at a significant discount to market value prior to the appointment of a liquidator. Our client secured the property and prepared a concept plan for 287 apartments and 1,800m2 of commercial space. The property was on-sold within 12 months, realising a profit of $11m for our client.
